Sound Alerts are great for a solid handful of things, like adding interactivity to your streams and making for hilarious clippable moments. I've personally been using it for years and I'm here to share the knowledge! Lets get into it! Step One - Get the Sound Alerts Extension on Twitch Your absolute first step to getting Sound Alerts set up is the Extension. This is a big part of the app! You'll wanna log into Twitch in your browser and head up to your profile photo in the top right corner. From there, click on "Creator Dashboard", then go to "Extensions". Your page will look something like this.     Search for "Sound Alerts" in the top right where it says "Search all extensions"...

How to Format your Stream for Making Clips Have you ever gone to edit a clip and you realize that the framing doesn't really work? Are there things in the middle of your stream that make it hard to work around? I have been there myself so many times. I have a solution for you! When it comes to creating content outside of your normal streams, like clips to post, the first step actually lies in the layout of your stream itself. I have some tips for you today on how to frame your streams so you have the easiest time editing your clips! Step One - Understanding Formatting So, your absolute step one is deciding what you want your clips to look like when you edit them. 5 Most Useful Stream Deck Plugins for Streamers Today I'm going to share with you the 5 most useful Stream Deck plugins I use for streaming! 1.) OBS Studio - By Corsair Memory Inc. So number one on this list has to be the OBS Studio plugin. If you use OBS to stream (which I highly recommend you do) and you have a Stream Deck, you NEED this plugin. It has a wide range of incredibly useful buttons you can make use of while you're live or just recording in OBS. Just to name a few, there is "Record", "Record Pause", "Replay Buffer", "Source Visibility" and "Transition". In the version I am currently using, 2.2.8, there are a total of 18 different buttons you can add and make use of just within this plugin alone. I'm sure there will be more added with future updates and additional OBS features. I find myself using them on a regular basis during every single stream I do as it makes for doing these actions so much easier and smoot...

5 Stream Tools and Services to use in 2025 Today I'm going to share with you 5 tools and services I currently use to improve and make my streams more fun! 1.) MixItUp - "A full-featured Streaming Bot" First on my list is MixItUp! I really like this app for a lot of reasons but my primary one is reliability! Have you ever had an online service go down or be super slow to send a command response in chat while someone is trying to use it? I definitely have and the best way I have found to combat that issue is by using a service like MixItUp! The description on the website for MixItUp is "A Full-Featured Streaming Bot" which I really believe it is. You can download the app to your PC and it has to be open (it can be minimized) while you're live for anything you have setup with it to work. The reason for that is unlike a service like StreamElements for example, which I do like, MixItUp is run locally on your machine. There isn't risk of an external service g...
